- General Policy
Because the educational products, subscription plans, and courses provided by Alhayek Medical Academy (AMA) are digital and delivered immediately upon successful payment processing, all sales, subscriptions, and renewals are strictly final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except under the limited and verifiable exceptions explicitly described in Section 2 below.
- Limited Exceptions Eligible for Refund Review
A student may be eligible to request a review for a refund or account credit strictly under the following circumstances:
Duplicate Purchases: An accidental duplicate payment or multiple charges for the exact same course transaction (e.g., due to a temporary payment gateway error or network glitch) will be reversed and refunded in full.
Irreparable System Outage: A severe, verified platform failure or critical server crash that completely prevents access to the purchased content for more than seven (7) consecutive days, which the Academy’s technical support team is entirely unable to resolve.
Pre-Approved Course Cancellation: If the Academy officially cancels a scheduled live interactive session or course program prior to its launch date, registered students will receive a 100% refund for that specific cancelled program.
Non-Delivery of Core Digital Content: If a student is entirely unable to access the question banks (Q-banks), recorded lectures, or mock simulations included in their purchased plan due to a verified technical or provisioning error solely on the Academy’s part, and the issue remains unresolved for more than seven (7) business days after being reported in writing, the student may be entitled to a proportionate (pro-rated) refund or account credit for the affected period, subject to the Academy’s verification.
Material Non-Conformity with Description: If the digital content delivered differs fundamentally and materially from what was advertised at the time of purchase (e.g., a substantial shortfall in the advertised question count, or an entire advertised core category missing). Where the material non-conformity is verified, the Academy may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, provide an appropriate remedy, which may include content correction, account credit, or a proportionate refund depending on the severity of the issue.
For the avoidance of doubt, accidental sign-ups, changes of personal mind, failing an official regulatory or licensure exam, or changes made by external regulatory bodies to official exam schedules do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
- Revocation of Access for Policy Violations
No refund, financial credit, or exchange will ever be issued if a student account is suspended, restricted, or permanently banned for violating the Academy’s Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized account sharing, screen-recording, downloading course materials, bypassing DRM, or leaking proprietary exam questions or content in interactive community channels.
- Chargeback Abuse and Fraud Protection
Filing an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or credit card issuer for a digital service that has been fully delivered is a material breach of contract. The Academy automatically logs and stores user engagement data—including login timestamps, system IP tracking, and video playback percentages. The Academy reserves the right to submit this analytical metadata to payment processors, credit card networks, and financial dispute teams to vigorously contest fraudulent claims and protect its financial integrity.
- Refund Claim Procedure
To file a formal claim under the exceptions listed in Section 2, the student must submit an email to Support@alhayekacademy.com containing: the student’s registered legal name, registered account email, exact transaction date, payment receipt/reference number, and a detailed description with evidence of the issue. All claims are thoroughly reviewed within seven (7) business days. Approved refunds will be processed and returned exclusively via the original payment method used during checkout.
