Effective Date: July 22, 2026
- Account Creation and Eligibility
The Academy’s website and learning platform are intended exclusively for adult healthcare professionals, practitioners, and students in medical, nursing, or health sciences colleges, aged 18 or older. Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. Each user is solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality and safeguarding of their login credentials and account access.
- Single-User License and Anti-Sharing Policy
Purchasing a course or subscription grants the user a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable single-user license strictly for private, non-commercial educational use. Account sharing, reselling, or transferring access to any third party is strictly prohibited. The Academy utilizes advanced tracking systems to limit concurrent device logins and reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account, without any prior notice or financial refund, if unauthorized account sharing or suspicious access patterns are detected.
- Intellectual Property Rights and Anti-Piracy Enforcement
All curriculum materials, question banks (Q-banks), video content, lectures, graphics, trademarks, and digital assets remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Alhayek Medical Academy (AMA). Recording, screenshotting, downloading, scraping, or redistributing any platform content is strictly prohibited.
Dynamic Watermarking: All video content carries a dynamic, translucent and non-obstructive watermark showing the registered e-mail address of the account together with a unique internal tracking identifier linked to it. The watermark moves around the screen and stays visible in full-screen mode; lesson PDFs carry the tracking identifier. The account’s phone number is never displayed. If leaked or pirated material is discovered bearing an account’s e-mail address or tracking identifier, the Academy will investigate the security breach. Where sufficient evidence establishes responsibility, the Academy reserves the right to hold the account holder legally and financially liable for breach of contract and intellectual property infringement.
Cybercrime Penalties: Any deliberate attempt to pirate curriculum content, bypass Digital Rights Management (DRM) protections, or compromise Academy servers will result in immediate termination of service, forfeiture of all fees paid, and aggressive legal action under applicable cybercrime laws and claims for financial damages.
- Live Sessions and Virtual Classrooms
Access links, credentials, and passwords for live training sessions and virtual classrooms are strictly confidential and designated solely for registered students. Recording, capturing, screenshotting, or sharing these private access details with external parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate account termination.
- Interactive Student Communities
Academy-managed communication channels (such as Telegram, WhatsApp, or other community groups) exist solely for course-related and academic discussion. Spamming, posting unrelated promotional content, harassment, hate speech, or the unauthorized sharing of proprietary exam materials will result in immediate removal from all community channels and may constitute academic misconduct leading to platform suspension.
- Financial Terms, Expiration, and Refunds
Access & Invoicing: Course access begins immediately upon successful payment processing. Tax invoices will be issued in accordance with the applicable statutory laws and tax regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Where applicable, and following the completion of necessary technical integrations, electronic tax invoices may be generated through the JoFotara e-invoicing system.
Renewal & Expiration: Plans are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them from My Account → Subscriptions. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for and then ends automatically. Full details are in the Pricing & Subscription Policy.
Refund Policy: Due to the immediate, digital nature of the content provided, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once digital access is initiated. Any potential refunds or cancellations are strictly governed by the Academy’s standalone Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to non-delivery or non-conformity exceptions explicitly described therein.
- Educational and Regional Disclaimers
All content provided by the Academy is designed strictly for exam-preparation and educational simulation purposes. It does not constitute clinical training, professional medical advice, or institutional certification. Passing an official licensing exam depends entirely on the student’s individual academic performance; therefore, the Academy provides no guarantees, explicit or implied, regarding official exam success. Alhayek Medical Academy (AMA) is an independent training entity registered in Jordan and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Department of Health (DOH), Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP), Kuwait Institute for Medical Specialization (KIMS), National Health Regulatory Authority in Bahrain (NHRA), or any equivalent GCC regulatory bodies.
- Platform Automation & Data Use
The learning management platform automatically tracks and logs user engagement data—including learning progress metrics, quiz logs, password-recovery tokens, and checkout parameters—as strictly required to operate the student dashboard, deliver educational analytical tools, and maintain secure system operations.
- Data Protection
All personal data captured on the platform is processed in strict compliance with the Academy’s official Privacy Policy. The data infrastructure and policies are prepared to align with the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable regional data protection standards across the GCC.
- Modifications to Terms and Platform Structure
The Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or restructure curriculum content, course structures, pricing, and these Terms at any time to reflect operational or legal updates. Any changes or modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted publicly on the platform.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The competent courts of Amman, Jordan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement. This clause does not limit or waive any mandatory consumer protection rights legally available to you under the laws of your country of residence (including GCC jurisdictions) that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
