- Pricing Structure & Plan Scope
The Academy offers various subscription tiers, preparation programs, and individual educational modules tailored to different medical specialties. Each active subscription plan or standalone course grants specific access parameters to question banks (Q-banks), instructional video lectures, and computerized mock examination simulations. Pricing varies depending on the specific specialty, core content scope, and subscription time-duration selected. Any newly introduced categories, premium modules, or specialized courses may carry independent pricing architectures, which will always be clearly and transparently displayed prior to final checkout.
- Subscription Tiers & Billing Parameters
Our subscription plans and preparation courses are structured based on predefined time-duration access or one-time module fees. The exact fee, payment frequency, currency conversions, and applicable billing periods for each individual program or subscription duration are specified dynamically on the corresponding course description page and verified inside the secure checkout window before purchase completion.
- Accepted Settlement Currencies & Gateway Fees
All prices are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency (such as Saudi Riyals or Jordanian Dinars), your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may add its own international or cross-border fees. Alhayek Medical Academy (AMA) has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, these bank conversion rates or fees.
- Automatic Renewal & Cancellation
All AMA plans are recurring subscriptions. Access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed and lasts for the plan period you chose (3, 6 or 12 months).
- Automatic renewal: at the end of each period, your plan renews automatically for the same period at the plan price shown at checkout, and the amount is charged to the payment method saved with your subscription. Your plan keeps renewing until you cancel it.
- Renewal reminder: we e-mail you before each renewal, at the address on your account.
- How to cancel: sign in, open My Account → Subscriptions, choose your subscription and select Cancel. You can cancel at any time. If you need help, contact Support@alhayekacademy.com.
- After you cancel: no further payments are taken. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; access then ends automatically.
- Failed renewal payments: if a renewal payment cannot be collected, we e-mail you and retry. If it is still not completed, the subscription is put on hold and access pauses until the payment succeeds or you update your payment method.
- Price changes: if we change the price of a plan, we will tell you by e-mail before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel beforehand if you do not agree.
Access periods are not extended, paused or frozen to fit personal study schedules, employment changes, exam dates or unused time. Payments already made are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Invoicing & Purchase Confirmation
Upon successful processing of any transaction, an automated digital invoice and purchase confirmation receipt will be generated by the platform and delivered straight to the student’s registered email address. This digital receipt serves as formal verification of payment and account provisioning.
