We offer three subscription plans: 3 months ($40), 6 months ($60) and 12 months ($100). All prices are in US dollars (USD). Every plan gives access to the whole paid course library.
Your renewal date is your purchase date plus your plan period (for example, bought on 5 March with a 3-month plan → renews on 5 June). It is not tied to a fixed day of the month. We send a reminder 3 days before and a receipt after each renewal.
Sign in, open My Account → Subscriptions, choose your subscription and select Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals. By default you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Because the courses are digital and available immediately, payments and renewals are final and non-refundable, except in the cases listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy: a duplicate charge, a verified platform outage or content-delivery failure lasting more than 7 days, a programme cancelled by the Academy, or content that is materially different from its description. To make a claim, e-mail Support@alhayekacademy.com with your account e-mail, payment date and receipt number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Your account can be signed in on up to 2 devices at the same time (for example, your phone and your laptop).
